Thank you for shopping with Honey Department LLC. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the delivery of our honey products.
1. Processing Times
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Continental United States Only)
We currently ship only within the continental United States (48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Available shipping options include:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (once shipped)

Expedited shipping: May be available at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order. Our products are available for purchase as a single tube, a 3-pack, or a 12-pack.
We offer free standard shipping in the following cases:
- First-Time Customers: Enjoy free standard shipping on your first order when you sign up with your email address. This offer is limited to one use per customer and is applied automatically at checkout upon email signup.
- Orders of $45 or More: All orders totaling $45 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.
Free shipping offers apply to standard shipping within the continental United States only. These offers may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
4. Product & Temperature Considerations
Honey is a shelf-stable natural product. While it may soften during transit, this does not affect its quality or safety.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If tracking shows no movement for several business days, please contact us at info@honeydepartment.org and we’ll be happy to assist.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Address Restrictions
Certain shipping methods may not be available for P.O. boxes.
Geographic Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, we will contact you with next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at info@honeydepartment.org within 7 days of delivery.

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
