Thank you for shopping with Honey Department LLC. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. All Sales Final (Food Products)

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of honey products once shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or shipping error.

Natural variations in color, texture, or crystallization are normal and are not considered defects.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@honeydepartment.org.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • The lot or batch code printed on the product

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once approved. Additional time may be required by your payment provider for funds to appear.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Orders reported outside the 7-day window


4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email info@honeydepartment.org as soon as possible with your order number.


5. Limitation of Liability

Honey Department’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s).

We are not responsible for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Normal crystallization or texture changes

  • Carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
