Wholesale - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in carrying Honey Department. The following terms govern all wholesale accounts and orders. By submitting a wholesale account application and placing orders, you agree to these terms.
1. Account Approval
All wholesale accounts are subject to approval by Honey Department. Submission of a wholesale account application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline any account at our discretion. Approved accounts will receive written confirmation and may begin placing orders upon receipt of that confirmation.
2. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is as follows:
- 6 oz tube — $9.60 wholesale / $16.00 SRP
- 0.7 oz tube — $2.70 wholesale / $4.50 SRP
All prices are listed in USD. Honey Department reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per SKU:
- 6 oz tube — 12 units (1 case) minimum
- 0.7 oz tube — 24 units (2 cases) minimum
Reorders must meet the same per-SKU minimums.
4. Payment Terms
Prepayment required on first order. Net 30 terms available upon completion of first order in good standing
Accepted payment methods: ACH transfer, check, or credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Overdue invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Honey Department reserves the right to suspend account access for overdue balances.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer and will be invoiced at actual cost. Orders ship from New York, NY via the carrier of our choosing unless otherwise arranged.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the retailer upon handoff to the carrier. Honey Department is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit.
6. Lead Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Lead times may vary during high-volume periods. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
7. Returns & Damages
All sales are final. Honey Department does not accept returns of undamaged product.
Claims for damaged or defective product must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photographic documentation. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or credit at our discretion.
8. Price Integrity
Retailers are expected to sell Honey Department products at or above the suggested retail price (SRP). Discounting below SRP without prior written approval may result in account suspension or termination.
Honey Department products may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms) without express written permission.
9. Brand & Marketing
Retailers may use Honey Department product photography and brand assets provided in our press kit for the purpose of promoting our products in-store and online. Assets may not be altered, cropped, or combined with other brand imagery without approval.
10. Account Inactivity & Termination
Accounts with no orders placed within 12 months may be considered inactive and removed from our wholesale program.
Honey Department reserves the right to terminate any wholesale relationship at any time. Retailers may discontinue at any time with written notice.
