We begin with Thick Honey, a better version of honey. A single-source blend of Wildflower and Mesquite blossom varietals, sourced from a farmers co-op in the highlands of Central Mexico, is thickened to an ideal texture and squeezed from an easy, mess-free aluminum tube.

The texture is thicker, smoother and creamier than any honey you’ve had. It goes on everything and goes anywhere. Put it on breakfasts, baked goods, cheese boards and kitchen counters. Put it in beverages, desserts, bags and office drawers.

Honey Department is founded by Noah Phillips, the son of a beekeeper, on a mission to turn the most versatile ingredient from occasion to routine. Less sticky, more enjoyable, squeezed daily.
