Yogurt Bowl w. Granola, Fresh Berries & Thick Honey
Granola and berries need honey. Use good honey. Works for breakfast or when you're hungry and short on time.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
- ¼ cup granola
- ½–¾ cup mixed berries (or any other fruit)
- 1–2 Tbsp. Thick Honey
- 1–2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
- Pinch of Maldon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Spoon yogurt into a bowl, spread into an even layer.
- Sprinkle granola evenly over the yogurt.
- Add berries, fresh or dried fruit/
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil, if using.
- Squeeze or drizzle Thick Honey over the top.
- Finish with a small pinch of Maldon salt.
