Yogurt Bowl w. Granola, Fresh Berries & Thick Honey

 

Granola and berries need honey. Use good honey. Works for breakfast or when you're hungry and short on time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ½–¾ cup mixed berries (or any other fruit)
  • 1–2 Tbsp. Thick Honey
  • 1–2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
  • Pinch of Maldon salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Spoon yogurt into a bowl, spread into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle granola evenly over the yogurt.
  • Add berries, fresh or dried fruit/
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil, if using.
  • Squeeze or drizzle Thick Honey over the top.
  • Finish with a small pinch of Maldon salt.
